Description:	Behind a massive mahogany desk sits a doctor. At least you surmise that he is a doctor, as he is wearing a long white coat and he is sharpening a scalpel. As he senses you looking at him his methodical sharpening ceases and he raises his eyes to meet your eyes. A shiver goes through your body as you lock your eyes with his maniacal stare. 'You need something removed from your body, do you not?', he asks. 'If you do, ask me for a contract, as I do not want another hassle with the Law about unlicenced butche... erhm... operating again.'
