Frank, or 'Dirty Frank' as he is also known, stands here, making what seems like hotdogs. Frankie's clothes are all quite dirty, as is his face, which seems to be covered by countless layers of grease. Under thick blotches of ketchup, you notice the phrase 'Kiss the Cook!' on his apron. How clever! There is a list attached to the stand he is tending to, maybe you should look at it.
