| Reavers are not nihilists in the purest sense of the word. They do not believe in the destruction of everyone, merely the destruction of everyone else. They believe that, by engaging in seemingly wanton acts of rampaging, they can escape destruction themselves. This spell is a reflection of that belief. The powers of destruction reward the casting reaver by healing wounds that might otherwise kill him or her. However, the reaver must have paid for this gift in advance by destroying items or creatures of sufficient value to the powers they worship.

The <percent> is 1% to 100% of the maximum power you can call upon.
