Description:

Rixhend seems to be the king of the air. He's sitting upon his throne and his mere look throws weight around. His trimmed white beard forms a twirl under his abnormally large chin. His long white hair falls down over his shoulders with a look of pure grace. He smiles softly but royally at you.
