	This spell, like several other cold based spells, also has a deceiving name. While it doesn't really use fire, it does very much look like it. Cold energy is gathered from the arctic plane and cast forth in a stream, that does look like a blue bolt of fire. This spell is strong enough to give serious frost-bite to its target.
