Some rules specific to creating / modifying maps:

It's ok to include rooms in which you can just walk.

It's ok to mark monsters on map which don't need some special syntaxes (e.g summon monster somehow), or are not behind locked doors.

It's not ok to include special exits (e.g enter fireplace).

It's not ok to include rooms which are behind locked doors.

Use your own consideration and common sense -- no spoilers.
