Hpr is a common nickname for hit point regeneration.
There's a variety of things that affect your hpr:
- A lot of hpr equipment are available in the game.
- Different races regenerate hit points at different rate.
- Advancing levels in some guilds raises your hpr.
- Godly presence can sometimes greatly boost your hpr.
- Boon Improved physical regeneration increases your hpr.
