Description:
This silver ring has a simple, yet pleasant design. It is polished and shiny, and has a smooth surface. It almost looks cheap, because of the simplicity, but there's something canny about it. It has a slot to hold a solitary gem in its center, which is empty.

You can 'insert' a gem, if you wish.
It contains a tale;
The origins of this ring are a mystery, but it is one of those magical items, that possess only a weak enchantment by themselves, but feed on the magic of gems to acquire their properties. When rubbed, this ring releases the enchantments of the gem at once, consuming the stone in the process.
