The condition of armour, weapons, and items is their state of repair. This is different from quality, an object may be in AWESOME condition but of shoddy quality.
Maximum condition
As objects are used or take damage and are repeatedly repaired the top condition they can be repair to gradually decreases. An old piece of armour that has been worn for a decade and been repeatedly repaired may, for example, have a maximum condition of excellent.
