if someone had squeezed it with immense pressure. The heart consists of two apparent large muscles, which form chambers on each side of the heart. The muscle on each chamber has a different shade of red, making it look eerie as if it was split in two. A long artery runs above the two chambers, forming a ring which one could use as a chain so the heart could be worn as a necklace.

This is the heart of the infamous Balhannoth, doppelganger extraordinaire, spellweaver and master of the clones. They say Draen-Dalar himself squeezed the life force out of Balhannoth's heart killing him instantaneously.
