Description:
It is a mouth-shaped necklace, made of gold, on a fine gold chain. The mouth moves and hums occassionally. You don't recognize the tune, but it sounds rather nice. The mouth also feels lukewarm to touch, and is made of some reddish hued gold. The lips are thick and those of a elven female, you would guess.
It contains a tale;
Legends tell of this necklace that it is a boon to the non-booned ones. It is supposed to allow you to chant your spells faster, but not very reliably so. This artifact was stolen from the lair of the fairy dragon, Aniengo.
