You're looking at a ting necklace made out of some green organic material. It looks real fragile, so be careful with how you handle it. Rumours tell of troll shamans up in the Dah'bec mountains using these kind of necklaces to achieve some kind of strange euphoric state that will let them predict the future. Of course, the same shamans are also rumored to jump down the cliffside at random intervals.
