Destructive rage gives the player a decent (~70-90%?) stun resistance for a maximum of 20 minutes (without Wrath of chaos crit). The better your alignment, the longer the duration. With Wrath of chaos crit the duration can go above 23 minutes.

The highest ranks of the Lords of Chaos have long been able to focus their rage and hatred, leaving in their wake a trail of destruction of both good and evil creatures.
