	This is the Cloak of Frost. This wonderful piece of armour was created by Rechendak, the Elementalist, for the Jarl of the Frost Giants. Unknown to most, the Jarl is also one of the oldest Frost Giant witch doctors and has aided Rechendak many times on his evil crusades. This cloak was a present given to the Jarl after the completion of one of these crusades.
