Eluvia, the water mage

Description:

Eluvia is the one behind the transformations affecting the villagers above. If she is not stopped soon, she will have an army of gibberlings at her control, ready to wreck mayhem in all of the surrounding lands. Even worse will be if she is allowed to complete her circle of power... with it, her abilities would increase one hundred fold.
