Description:	Rakirsai is a one of a kind item. It is said that a great enchanter captured the cold of an ice dragon and the heat resistance of a flame wyrm to create Rakirsai. 'The Blue Flame' as it was known as is in the rough shape of a circlet. The exact shape is constantly changing. The flames that Rakirsai is made of do not seem to burn, in fact, they seem to offer some sort of resistance to normal burning.
