Description:	This is Quasim Radomil the feared leader of the bullywug army. He has earned a reputation as being a very aggresive and brutal leader even for bullywug standards. He has the build common in the warriors of the bullywug and the sparkle of intelligence in his eyes that you find in the priests. His jet black skin glistens from head to webbed feet with a liquid which appears to be oozing from small bumps on his body.
