A sparkling green ring

Description:	This ring sends light bouncing off of the ice crystals encased in its emerald band. The crystals themselves seem to thrive inside the ring, giving it an almost-painful perpetual chill. It contains a tale; Through slaying numerous sorcerers in her existance, the Groke has learned much about properly channeling and preserving her own power. Using her magical artifacts for aid, she is able to postpone her need for regeneration almost indefinitely. This has allowed her to become an even more formidable foe in battle.
