Shield of Axartich

Description:	A thin titanium collar attaches around your neck by an enchanted clasp. Bound to the collar's clasp is a thin silver-alloy chain. Hanging at the end of the chain is a small runed shield. Because of the oddly hanging chain, the shield will hang down from your neck and cover the wearer's left breast. There is an inscription written on the back of the shield.
