Master blacksmiths possess the ability to work wonders with
materials. They can take many items, melt them down, and use
those materials to create a different piece of armour. This is
hardly an exact science, they fail more then they succeed, but 
they can truly perform wonders, taking advantage of whatever
they can get ahold of to fashion their creations.

Usage: use blacksmithing at armour 1 and armour 2
