Humanoid plant creature

Description:	This creature is obviously some kind of plant, made from intertwined vines, roots, and large chunks of moss. However, it has two arms, two legs, and a lump on top of its torso that could be a head. It is lumbering around slowly, clearly showing signs of intelligence, at least as much as a small animal or bug. This plant is about the size and rough shape of a troll, and could be dangerous if provoked.
