Description:	This is Vlad, the infamous turpentine inhaler. He reeks of industrial solvents, and his whole body sways slowly in time with some music only he can hear. He's also holding a bottle of Vodka in his hand, occasionally pouring some in his mouth (not that it would stay there, as the poor thing doesn't have a gullet).
