Bolt of knowledge is a folklorist spell that can be studied beginning at guild level 20.

Upon hitting an enemy with the spell, you will continue to channel the spell. Casting any other spell will interrupt the channeling.

If you have performed an autopsy on a creature of the same race since the last reboot, you will receive the message, Your recent study on anatomy pays off!, indicating that the spell has done extra damage.

A folklorist offensive spell, drawing power from the known weaknesses of the target's race, gender, alignment et cetera. Well studied creatures are more vulnerable to this spell. As a psionic attack, the caster is somewhat drained by the attack - this also means the spell can devastate a lesser mind. The spell creates a link between the caster and the target, which can be used, through intense concentration, to deal further harm to the target.
