First developed in a failed attempt to allow land-based creatures to breathe
underwater, the aura of wind is a personal atmosphere that surrounds the
affected creature and moves with it. This layer of air provides resistance
against depressurizing effects and also supplies oxygen in situations where it
is hard to breathe. Suffocating, choking, and drowning are less damaging and
can be avoided completely in some cases. It requires a reagent, a tiny leather bag (empty).
