Many people feel they work better under the effects of alcohol -- smarter, faster, better looking, and the like. While their claims are questionable, this spell gives them the real thing. By using strong spirits, the caster can infuse the good feelings of being drunk into another player, and suppress the bad feelings. However, even magically infused alcohol has its limits.
