| A more powerful version of the spell flaming ice, this spell creates a large bolt of super cold ice, that strikes the target. Not only damaging the target from the force of the impact, upon contact with the bolt of ice, skin will freeze, sometimes enough that it can become brittle. Also the power of the bolt remains enough that the ice reforms around part of the target, then shattering.
