Description: It is a shield, made of four large scales of a blue dragon. It glitters in light, and you can almost feel the sparks of electricity. Too bad it is made my by kobolds, for kobolds - its quality is not too great, and it is a bit on the small side. You have hard time believing kobolds got materials for a shield like this, they must be appreciated by someone high above.
