Arer the prison guard

Description:	Arer is a skinny man in his early thirties. His long brown hair with matching well-trimmed beard does make him look relativly experienced though. He's currently in charge of guarding the prison so that no outsiders get in and, probably even more importantly, no prisoners get out.
