The Duergar race

General description:

Duergars are an ancient race of evil dwarflike creatures. It is said that there was a time when dwarves and duergars actually were one race... but then something went horribly awry. Duergars are evil to the core. If they stray from this path chosen for them, they will lose a significant portion of their power. Not much is known of the abilities or powers of this sinister race, but all the sages agree on one thing; they definitely have them.

• They have a good natural protection.
• They regenerate damage slowly.
• They are superior beings and therefore need more experience points.
• They adapt well to the most complicated skills.
• Even the most difficult arcane powers can be mastered by them.
• They can see in the dark.
• They have half dex, con and str if they become good.
• They have bad vision.
• This race can only be joined by those who have been reborn at least 1 time(s).
