This skill allows you to sometimes move without aborting the concentration on a skill. It is automatically in use when you move.

Notes:
Used to not raise % with use, but that was fixed and now it just goes up painstakingly slow.
This skill is checked in critical strike for Falcon Talon Strike, Elder Cobra Kick, and Lions Teeth Throw and is essential for passing the 'tasks' needed to acquire these skills.
