Rounce the gully dwarf has been kicked out of the Flying Citadel and the Dragon Highlord Kitiara has taken control of it. Rounce is very unhappy and he wants the citadel back. He waits about 80 west from the west gate of BatCity. You can go there and talk to him and he will tell you all his sorrows. <analytics uacct="UA-3466433-3" ></analytics>
