A galley is where provisions are stored in a ship.
Drink cabinet
A Drink Cabinet can be added to a galley, and allows you to store saveable booze over boot. ~11k gold.
Food locker
The term "Chill Chest" is fairly accurate here, they allow you to store saveable foodstuffs over boots. ~11k gold.
Water barrel
Sold at the bakery for ~11k gold, these barrels provide a nearly inexhaustible supply of water for your voyages.
