| While some martial arts moves are regarded as needlessly flashy, this is not one of them. Done correctly, the user seems to run up the chest of the victim, kicking off and flipping backwards. However, the impact of both feet on the chest cavity, kicking with enough force to leap backwards, will not only damage the torso, but can knock the wind out of the vicitm as well. This causes heavy damage while possibly disrupting their ability to focus.
