Hcbat fix wishlist

Here is a list of things people would like to have fixed or looked into in hcbat.

- Broken sanctuary rings

- Ep loss while swapping eq

- Making stuns at least a little bit less lethal, like adding ability to move in lower stages of stun

- Adding shadow sabres

- Fixing spider demon stuff

- Adding UNSEEN crits for _players_

- Fixing hiking

- Fixing reaver quests

- Making racial size matter in melee
