Magic eater

This event summons a magic eating cloud that teleports between various areas. All spell costs are increased until it is killed - the most in its vicinity. An old gnome will be in the same city as the eater, he will tell about the cloud's whereabouts. Spells will only make the cloud stronger, so you might want to ask the warriors to help you.
