Most of the unique items ingame have been sold by immortals. Usually when they have achived archood or the admins have wanted to remove money/exp from the game. Those sold by immortals usually can not be resold or even removed from characters posession.
Some unique items has been introduced trough events and usually can be only used if the item has the users name.
