| description = She's a young elven woman or so it would seem to a person who hasn't been offered a chance to become acquainted with Ilsara of Avenstord. While her reputation is widely known to many, only few people have actually met her and even fewer have actually befriended her. Although she doesn't look a day over twenty-five, she has had a fair share of experiences in the past and probably suffers from many emotional scars.

As the legend would tell it, the finer years of her life take place in Avenstord where she, the daughter of the miller, became a protege of a local priest who had a great impact on her education. She was on her way of becoming an exorcist before she was allured by more perilous concepts of witchcraft and black magic. Since then, she has been known to the people of Avenstord as the black sorceress.

If a person was ever to form an image of Ilsara only based on rumours and hearsay, would their image be so different from reality that it wouldn't be possible to identify her at all. Unlike in the sad stories, she doesn't appear old or ugly and her behaviour isn't any more idiosyncratic when compared to any regular person who yet hasn't lost one's ways.

Looking at her innocent face one might be tricked to think that she truly is as young as she looks like, but those who know her realize that the signs of her older age are hidden with charms and strong magic. Her long and straight auburn hair flows freely a little bit below her shoulders, making her look like a carefree soul while her beautiful brown eyes contradictively make her look sorrowful. The expression on her face is placid and she appears to be very stoic and indifferent of her heartbreaks, but the sad, melancholic eyes tell the truth that she otherwise hides well. This particular trait of hers makes her seem a little more human, compassionate and even pitiable.

She is approximately 5'1" tall and a little bit shorter than an average elven woman. She seems delicate, not too slim, but not a bit overweight either. On her left wrist there's a contrusion that has never healed perfectly and she can't help touching it. It is obvious that the mark on her hand clearly bothers her, but it remains a mystery why she hasn't chosen to cover this particular beauty flaw with magic.

The way she dresses is quite practical and she wears a dress that doesn't look very expensive and has probably been made by herself. She has a green headband and two bronze bracelets that she wears on her right hand. It looks like the bracelets are a pair, but she avoids wearing them on the left hand because of her wound.
