This is a very elegant shield made of black ebony. It is almost weightless for a shield of this size and seems very easy to use. This shield radiates darkness all around it. The frontside of the shield seems to be some kind of mirror. In the otherwise highly polished surface, you see a canine face crudely drawn with blood. Underneath the blood you notice finely etched and very lively picture of demon, staring at you with vivid eyes. It seems that it is almost alive. You could almost swear that you can hear the evil laughter echoing from the shield. The mirror surface is encircled by deep purple amethysts that glimmer beautifully.
It contains a tale;
This shield protected asharu when he was already dying on his knees and it took a while finish him off. It is rumoured that this shield was made by the great Asmodeus who put a piece of his might in it. The rumour further states that this shield protects against mortal ways of Ahm and Beldarus. It is uncertain how Asharu got his dirty claws behind its handle.
