	Those who study the powers of the mind, learn early on that limitations on their own powers are only false limits set in their own minds. Once they fully understand this, they are able to temporarily exceed the normal limitations of their mental and magical power, if even for a short time. Those who are more disciplined can defy these limitations for an extended period of time, much longer then amateurs and recreational practicers of this art.
