has 99% harm damage ratio
The "has 99% harm damage ratio" in a feather pen knife has got nothing to do with damtypes. All weapons get a certain amount of damage penalty when channeling a harm spell through them, whereas when harming with hand you always get to your full damage potential. --Nuane 12:15, 20 April 2009 (EEST)
