* The issue is about how the floating table (its not a column) that is placed at the pages (or really about the span formatting?), then what is suggested to improve it? Originally the in-game infos were placed to upper, right corner of the page so that it would be 'out of the way' but still around. I checked the article before, like I double checked with prismatic burst and battlecry. The in-game info is at left upper corner, as it should behave, and the article itself lines up side of it, so what's the problem? BlackSmith 11:17, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

After checking the align=right for skill/spell templates I realized that it goes there even if there's no additional text (check magic missile for example... if you want it to look really silly and your hardware supports it, try using 1920x1080 resolution like I do :), might need to rethink this. Anyone know if there's any workaround? --Nuane 15:00, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

* I'm using 1680*1050 all the time :-P Anyway, the problem is not that it has huge white space middle of page. The problem is that there are so many articles that have zero content. C&P from in-game help files are not considered content as per set because then the article gives zero information about the issue side of the obvious C&P that can be found in-game already. Its ok that the reader sees a blank article page even with the C&P because, uh, well if there is nothing more to say then no matter how you put it, its still a stub. I would rather see the template(s) to support articles with content (chaotic spawn, prismatic burst, reincarnation) than articles that are just there to take out those nasty red links (attack, magic missile, disintegrate). In some cases the list is simply too long to be practical and in some cases it shows that ugly 'Extension:DynamicPageList (DPL), version 1.8.3 : WARNING: No results.' so I replace the dpl script with link to the appropriate category. With proper in-linking this should not take the user to a dead end. BlackSmith 11:23, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

Todo

 • Affecting Stats field to be honed to work and look nice with any skill stat combos

Layout

Any chance we can change how formatting works for this template? Right now ends up making a second column for anything you add below the skill which doesn't always look good. Check out the pathfinding skill page for an example. Pisano Jan 27, 2010.

 • What do you suggest then? Idea is to have the same info at hand that is found in-game and to elaborate it more. BlackSmith 00:05, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

Read again dear smith, he asked about formatting... Did you even check that pathfinding? --Nuane 04:45, 23 May 2010 (UTC)

After checking the align=right for skill/spell templates I realized that it goes there even if there's no additional text (check magic missile for example... if you want it to look really silly and your hardware supports it, try using 1920x1080 resolution like I do :), might need to rethink this. • I'm using 1680*1050 all the time :-P Anyway, the problem is not that it has huge white space middle of page. The problem is that there are so many articles that have zero content. C&P from in-game help files are not considered content as per set because then the article gives zero information about the issue side of the obvious C&P that can be found in-game already. I would rather see the template(s) to support articles with content (chaotic spawn, prismatic burst, reincarnation) than articles that are just there to take out those nasty red links (attack, magic missile, disintegrate). Removing dpl
