Bracers of vampiric chaos

Description:	It is a a set of jet black bracers, made entirely out of adamantium. Some runes are etched on the outer side of the bracers. It seems they are purely for ornamental purposes. The runes do not spell anything which would make sense to you, but they do create an eerie appearance; twisting into each other, merging and splitting. As you focus your eyes elsewhere you notice a distinct image of carnassial teeth forming out of the runes. The image fades as fast as you focus back to the bracers.
