| Affecting Stat Intelligence | : | If the spells Affecting Stat is Intelligence, fill this field. |
| Affecting Stat Wisdom | : | If the spells Affecting Stat is Wisdom, fill this field. |
| Cast Type | : | Fill with the spells Cast Type here (acid / alchemy / asphyxiation / channelling / chaos / cold / control / demonology / destruction / dispel / electricity / evil / fire / generic / harm / heal / help / holy / information / magical / physical / poison / protection / psionic / runes / special / teleportation / transformation). |
