Navy Blue Boots

Description:	These boots are made of fine leather which has been treated to be water resistant, and then has been covered with blue metallic plates and clasps for strength. Various engravings are placed on the plates, almost all of which have an aquatic theme - anchors, dolphins, mermaids, and then some strange archaic symbols. It contains a tale; A couple of centuries ago, Chance Scheider was a young dwarf with an abnormal interest in the sea. He set off on a journey to become a true sailor, carrying only the clothes on his back. These boots are the only items remaining from that time; they have been reinforced, enchanted, and repaired time after time. Several of the engravings represent advancements in rank, while others are purely magical in nature.
