Chance Scheider, commanding the recruits

Description:	Chance worked his way up through the ranks, starting as a scrub in his early 50's (which is young for a dwarf) on the deck of a fishing trawler, and eventually earning his own captaincy. The prejudice against a dwarven sailor was strong though, so eventually he retired from the seas and began training future sailors in the ways of the sea. Now, his reputation has grown and reaches far and wide, much to the benefit of his pocketbook. Still, he remains just as rough, tough and dedicated as ever.
