Scaly cloak of diffusion

Description:	This cloak has been carefully crafted from the mangled remains of Tyranicus Karakurt. It appears to consist of a flexible length of the once powerful leader's shimmering lizardman hide. Light appears to diffuse in erratic ways off the surface which is covered with oily black scales. Its surface is very slippery and indicates the skill of the tailor who crafted this cloak.
