Necklace of teeth

Description:	This necklace is made from a braided leather cord that ties in the back. Hanging from the cord are over two dozen teeth, mostly large, that seem to have come from a variety of beasts or monsters. Some of the teeth are broken off, others have the forked root still intact. It is a rather disturbing piece of jewelry. It contains a tale; This necklace belonged to the orc overlord Mshruul in the Collaris dimension. Mshruul, as did the overlords before him, added a tooth of his predecessor (whom he slew in combat) to this tribal symbol of power. Trilloch stole it from him as he assaulted several nearby provinces. Without it, Mshruul's grip on his peopel and army was sure to fade.
