Equipment glows

Equipment may have different glows associated with it which can be generated from permanent or temporary effects. Glows show up after the equipment short name in your inventory, e.g.

A heavy black metal ring <red glow>.

This page describes the <color glow> that equipment may have. Note that this is distinct from "(glowing)" which certain magical materials may exhibit when someone with see magic views them.
