He or she can, without pity, make the mount attack like its life depended on it - as it most often does, as servants of Tzarakk are not known for their forgiveness. Skilled users may attempt to hit their foes with their wielded weapons as well as they are near enough. Please note that this skill is the pinnacle of the Tzarakk followers combat abilities, and hence lots of different things affect the skill.
