By providing the template with fields that have simple boolean value (like done in [[Template:race]] for infravision, see in dark, FHB, rebirth and so on) those that are intrested promoting/updating their city can simply put a x on those fields if the city has it.

For one person gathering information from all the pcitys, this would indeed be a huge task but that is not the idea of wiki's.

Fields needed
